About The PEACE Fund

In 1997, actor Adrian Paul founded The PEACE Fund, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charity. Specifically, its mission is to protect, educate, and aid children living in extraordinarily difficult circumstances. Over the years, the fund has launched impactful programs like “School Makes a Difference”. Furthermore, after the 2004 tsunami in Thailand, Adrian Paul’s personal connection with Koh Phi Phi inspired the creation of the “Peace in Paradise” project. As a result, the fund has expanded its reach and impact globally.

In 2006, the WorldWide Charitable Alliances honored Adrian Paul with the Peacemaker Award, placing him alongside notable figures like Mikhail Gorbachev. Consequently, his work has gained global recognition and support. Moreover, this recognition has helped the fund attract more donors and partners.

2nd Annual Celebrity Poker Tournament

On September 26, 2015, The PEACE Fund hosted the 2nd Annual Celebrity Poker Tournament, titled “Texas Hold’em for PEACE Fund”, at Microsoft Corporation. Not only did the event bring together celebrities, poker enthusiasts, and supporters, but it also featured an incredible lineup of entertainment for both players and non-players. Moreover, the tournament provided a unique opportunity to raise funds for a great cause. In addition, the event highlighted the importance of collective action in addressing global challenges.

Thanks to the proceeds from the tournament, The PEACE Fund supported initiatives like building clean-water wells in West Africa. In partnership with Wells Bring Hope, the fund raised enough money to construct two wells in 2014, providing clean water to communities in need. Consequently, thousands of lives have been positively impacted. Furthermore, these wells have improved health and sanitation in the region.
