We invited all of our international partners to join us in Korea between October 21-25 at the beautiful Konjiam Resort for our annual AkkuFresh International Importer Network Group Conference. This event was a platform to discuss sustainable solutions and innovative strategies for e-waste management. Moreover, it provided an opportunity for global collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Key Highlights of the Conference

During the AkkuFresh International Importer Conference, we shared insights on introducing and distributing AkkuFresh products to diverse markets. Additionally, topics included setting up and executing trade shows, online and offline promotional sales, and other key strategies. For example, we discussed how to effectively engage customers through eco-friendly marketing campaigns. Furthermore, we explored ways to streamline supply chains for better sustainability.

Addressing Global E-Waste Challenges

According to the EPA, a record 62 million tonnes (Mt) of e-waste was generated in 2022—an 82% increase from 2010. However, most of this e-waste goes unrecycled, ending up in landfills and causing serious health and environmental concerns. In fact, this growing problem has sparked global discussions about sustainable waste management practices. On the other hand, innovative solutions are emerging to address these challenges.

Collaborative Solutions for a Greener Future

We exchanged ideas, asked questions, and offered support to one another. As a result, we explored ways to address the growing global issue of e-waste. Furthermore, collaboration is essential to finding sustainable solutions for this pressing environmental challenge. For instance, we identified opportunities to improve recycling technologies and promote circular economy models. Similarly, we discussed the importance of consumer education in reducing e-waste.

Today, people worldwide are asking: “Is there a sustainable way to dispose of old cell phones and batteries? Is there a truly green solution? Can we design better phones and batteries?” In response, we believe the AkkuFresh International Importer Conference provided the best solution to tackle e-waste challenges!
